How do I cancel or change my booking?
Super easy! Just send us a message on WhatsApp, email us, or call with your booking number. We’ll sort it out and handle any refunds if needed.

What’s the deposit when booking online?
The deposit is part of the total price and confirms your spot. You pay the rest on the day of the tour. It’s a flexible way to book without paying everything upfront.

How do I pay the rest of the amount?
You can pay by card or cash when you arrive for your Jet Ski Ride.

What is the speed of the jet skis?
We use SeaDoo Yamaha VXR jet skis, known for being both powerful and safe. Their maximum speed is 50–60 km/h. Reaching higher speeds requires a boat license, so for safety reasons, we do not provide faster keys.

What is the maximum weight limit per jet ski?
Each jet ski—whether single or double—can support up to 220 kg, with a maximum of two riders per jet ski.

Can I bring my phone on the jet ski?
Action cameras are welcome, but phones are not permitted during the ride. This rule ensures your safety and protects your phone while allowing you to fully enjoy the experience.
