How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Getting support is easy – simply send us a message on Whatsapp, email, or give us a call with the booking number provided in your confirmation email. We will take care of the rest, including processing any necessary refunds to your card.

What is the deposit I need to pay when booking on the website?
The deposit is a part of the total price of the excursion. It’s paid online to confirm your booking. The rest of the amount is paid on the day of the tour. This helps you secure your spot without paying everything upfront!

What is the minimum age for jet ski riding?
Children aged 7 and above can go jet ski together with an adult for the entire duration. Individuals aged 16 and 17 can ride their own jet ski. However, they are not allowed to use a double jet ski only single-seaters are permitted. Riders aged 16 to 23 must bring a valid ID card.

Is it difficult to drive a Jet Ski?
The jet skis have automatic gears, are stable and very simple to use. They have two comfortable seats and enough power to have the best fun ever. No experience is need it.

How can I pay on the day of the excursion?
You can pay the remaining balance by card or in cash.

What is the speed of the jet skis?
Our jet skis, the Yamaha WaveRunner GP models, are fast yet secure, with a maximum speed limit of 50/60km/h. Higher speeds require a boat license, and for safety reasons, faster keys are not provided.

What is the maximum weight limit per jet ski?
Both single and double jet skis can accommodate up to 190kg, with a maximum of two people allowed per jet ski.

Can you spot dolphins while jet skiing?
Although curious dolphins may occasionally be spotted during jet ski safaris, sightings are not guaranteed and aren’t the primary focus of the experience. For a dedicated whale-watching adventure, booking a boat trip is recommended.
