How can I change or cancel my reservation?

The deposit is a part of the total price of the excursion. It’s paid online to confirm your booking. The rest of the amount is paid on the day of the tour. This helps you secure your spot without paying everything upfront!

What is the minimum for jriding the EBIKE?
Children aged 16 and above can ride. They must bring the id card and the bike license 50cc, for those aged 16 to 23 years old.

Is it difficult to drive ?
The Ebike has automatic gears, is stable, and very simple to use. They have a comfortable seat and enough power to have the best fun ever. No experience is needed.

How can I pay on the day of the excursion?
You can pay the remaining balance by card or in cash.

What is the speed of the EBike?
Our bikes are fast yet secure, with a maximum speed limit of 98 km/h. Higher speeds.
